Medicare Secondary Payer Reporting Service

ISO is ready to manage your Medicare-eligible claims today. You can sign up for our MSPR program through ISO ClaimSearch® and report your claims using Universal Format. Our service will automatically forward any claimants/coverages you mark as Medicare-eligible to the Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Your company will be able to report and update claims using a system-to-system connection or our web reporting application. The program will contain all the data fields that CMS requires, and you’ll see an indicator next to the fields required for reporting.

Additional features include:

• optional monthly query of the CMS database to verify which claims qualify for CMS reporting
• data warnings on outgoing system match reports if any CMS-required fields are missing
• CMS acknowledgments and rejections on the company’s Account Management page
• optional service to trigger search for information missing from claims, such as SSN
