ISO’s statistical database is the world’s largest collection of insurance information — a 12-billion-record statistical database of insurance premiums and losses. ISO uses that information to create a tremendous array of analytical and decision-support products that can help you measure, manage, and reduce risk.
ISO ClaimSearch® database
The ISO ClaimSearch® database contains information on more than 500 million claims. Insurers and other participants submit claim reports — more than 187,000 a day — in all lines of business. Insurers, law enforcement agencies, and government fraud bureaus use the information to detect and prevent fraud.
SPI Plus® database
ISO’s Specific Property Information (SPI Plus®) database is the fastest and most comprehensive source of data for commercial properties. The database contains loss costs and other vital information on approximately 3 million specifically rated and class-rated buildings.
